With more than 35 years of professional tax experience, Stanley represents a wide range of industries including manufacturing, construction and real estate firms, healthcare entities, wholesale distribution. He has worked with clients doing business in 48 states and multiple foreign countries. The majority of the manufacturers and distributors he serves also export goods or involve the manufacture or movement of product among foreign countries. He has experience with the utilization of international tax treaties and foreign operations. He focuses not only on the minimization of income tax but an overall minimization plan which includes exit strategies.
The other area of specialty he has is business valuation and litigation services. He has multiple certifications in this area and has prepared valuations on a variety of businesses interests. Litigation services have been provided for divorce, shareholder disputes, business interruption claims, fraud investigation and loss of earnings.
Stanley has taught various tax and business valuation programs while at Arthur Andersen, for other CPA firms and for the Arkansas Society of CPAs. In addition, he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants, The Institute of Business Appraisers and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. He is a Board Member of the Brooklyn Foundation. He is also an active member of New Life Church of Hot Springs.
