Angie Manek is an Administrative Assistant. She has been with the firm for more than 10 years with over 15 years experience of administrative support. Angie provides administrative support to the firm’s Executive staff, including tracking and organizing client files; preparing general correspondence, meeting scheduling, processing tax returns, and other clerical duties. She is also responsible for most of JSA’s information technology. Angie has extensive experience in the fields of administration, secretarial and customer service.
Erica Rea is our Front Desk Receptionist. She is responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including serving visitors by courteously welcoming and directing them appropriately; notifying company personnel of visitor arrival; maintaining security and telecommunications system, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail. She also manages the office’s appointment schedule, file room, supply inventory, and client transactions. Erica has been with us since January 2018 and offers over 8 years of clerical and customer service experience.
