to JSA CPAs, PLLC
STEP 1 – Client Forms, Engagement Letters and Additional Information
- Please make sure that you have signed this year’s engagement letter and completed this year’s client forms. Please go to our JSA Form Page to complete all documents required.
- You will need a signed engagement letter for each return being prepared. All individual returns will need the client information and questionnaire as well as an engagement letter.
STEP 2 – Book your appointment to submit your tax documents
- Once you have 100% of your tax documents, you can book an appointment on our calendar for your submitting your documents. If you submit your tax documents on the selected date, this will place your return in line for preparation. If you do not submit all of your documents on the selected date, you will be removed from the calendar and will need to schedule another appointment.
- Scheduling your tax submittal appointment:
- There are 2 options for scheduling your appointment. Please select the appropriate calendar icon on the JSA Form Page to schedule your submittal date. If you have a business and an individual return, you will need to schedule a time for each return being prepared.

STEP 3 – How to Securely Submit Your Documents
- Upload your document using a secure method. Any information that is sent in an unencrypted email will be deleted and you will receive a request to send your information using the portal or secure upload link. This is something that is required by the IRS and our insurance company. Accounting firms are targets for hackers so we want to protect you and your information-as well as everyone else we serve.
- There are 2 methods for submitting your tax documents securely on the JSA Form Page.
- Quick Upload Link – There will be no way to review the items uploaded when using the quick upload link. This link is for uploading documents without logging into the client portal.
- Client Portal – All documents uploaded using the client portal will be stored on the portal for 3 years should you need them. You will need your password for this option. If you do not know your password, please click the “Forgot my password” link.
- You can also find a quick upload link in any one of our email signatures.
- If you cannot submit your documents electronically, you can bring your information to the office during your scheduled time slot or mail your documents. If you mail your information, a time slot will be scheduled for you and you will receive a confirmation email.
